Staring in the suns direction early in the morning helps reset the circadian rhythm, making you more tired at night than you usually are. All you need to do is enjoy the sun rise for at least 5 minutes. That’s it, don’t think that there is anything more than that. Even if it is cloudy, you should still get all that you can.
