A lot of people damage their brain by getting very little sleep, poor quality sleep. They don’t realize what they are doing to themselves. Who would take a person who is sleepy all the time as seriously as someone who isn’t? What great ideas does someone who isn’t even awake yet have? Sleep alone will boost your energy, performance, memory, learning, thinking, alertness, productivity, creativity, safety, longevity, and overall quality of life. Have you noticed that those have gone down along with your quality of sleep?
I am guessing a lot of you can’t sleep well because you are addicted to looking at a screen, correct? Give yourself an hour AT LEAST of not looking at a screen before bed, be sure to stretch for awhile, then meditate. You’ll notice a difference, you’ll feel tired when you are supposed to. There are plenty of supplements you may take as well including Ashwagandha, I personally take 5000mg of this an hour or two before bed as it helps relax me. If you make this a daily habit then you will notice a great difference and will be as awake as your peers.
